The Sterling Rose offers group sessions and seminars to introduce the public to EFT. A Beginner Seminars usually runs two hours. Level one, Level two, and advanced seminars are usually held over a weekend and are about 15 hours in length.

At the Beginner seminar, we cover the background of EFT, the Basic Recipe or tapping process that we use to reduce stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, etc.., and show you how to apply it to your life. A participant will have the basic knowledge after completing the seminar necessary to begin utilizing EFT in his/her life. Most Beginner Seminars are held the the Ambrosia Spa in Seminole, FL. More advanced seminars are offered when we have a waiting list of clients wanting to expand their knowledge and skills. These are offered at various locations in Pinellas County and prices vary with the venue. To be put on a waiting list, e-mail Nancy and ask to be put on the seminar list of your choice...
