At the Sterling Rose, we offer both individual and group EFT Sessions. It is probably most cost effective to learn the Basic EFT Recipe at a group presentation. Most workshops are offered for free or at a reasonable rate. However they are designed for group work and privacy can be a concern.

If you are looking for a more indepth session and individualized assistance, you will benefit from one-on-one sessions.If you have issues that are more private than a group session offers, individual work is also helpful.

At the first meeting, you will be asked to complete some paperwork and asked questions in order to address your specific wants and needs.You will be trained in the Basic Recipe. And we will address those issues specific to your needs.

There are three pricing models:

• Hourly pricing... At the Ambrosia Spa, there is a $65.00/ hour charge for services. As most issues can be cleared quickly, this can offer a substantial savings over traditional therapy sessions.Clients can utilize the Basic Recipe at home and return when there is another specific issue to address. Pay as you go!
• Issue Pricing ... If there is a specific issue to clear that could take time, then Issue Pricing could be more beneficial. Issue pricing ranges from $300.00 and up depending on the issue and the amount of time believed necessary to clear the issue.The specific issue and desired outcome is established and a price set to take care of that specific issue. As many visits as needed; phone calls as needed; and computer sessions as needed are covered by the Issue Price. If the issue isn't cleared in ten hours of combined therapy, then the total cost of services could be returned. We believe that you need to be satisfied.
• Telephone and Computer based sessions can be established either as Hourly based or Issue based sessions.The basic telephone charge is $60.00 / hour. Please remember that only a few minutes on the telephone can get you over an immediate problem. You will be billed on a minute by minute basis. In order to utilize this service, we must have your credit card information on file and you will be billed when the minutes appear on our telephone statement.
• Most clients working on the telephone and the computer have taken a Basic Recipe training to insure that the basic EFT skills are there in order to address the concerns and get clearing in an efficient manner. There are exceptions for clients who are unable to get to a session because they live outside of the Tampa Bay Area, are unable to travel, or have other limitations.
