Our lives are so busy that we seldom have time to sit and reflect, go visit friends across town, or even get things done around the house. The cost of gasoline has made it difficult to travel more than a few miles. However, the computer and the telephone have made strong impacts on our lives and are making changes. They are how we now connect with the outside world.

Each of us usually has a few minutes that we can sit at the computer and send a criptic note to a friend, forward an email, or write about the day's happenings. Most people around me have a Blue Tooth or other contraption attached to their heads and are communicating with the next door neighbor or even family and friends on the other side of the world. What an amazing time we live in! Our opportunities for indirect communication are becoming unlimited.

The Emotional Freedom Technique has been an excellent tool to use in direct contact with a practitioner; however, it is also effective via the telephone and computer. Because of this, you are able to search the world for a practitioner that you feel can meet your needs. That practitioner can be in your home town or across the oceans. I can be that practitioner.

I like having a close personal contact with my clients because the energy of two is more powerful than the energy of one alone. It can also be easier to show how to tap, how to create Set-Up Statements, and how to listen to the real issues. We have this in my office when we meet one on one.

We can also have it when we have good communication on the telephone and even on the internet. The great thing about either of these communication tools is that I can be of service to you when you need me, not just on a set schedule.

The initial visit with me whether in person, via telephone, or on the internet is to insure that you know how to use EFT. I teach you the Tapping Points, the Set-Up Phrases, the Reminder Phrases, and how to perform the Basic Recipe. I can email or fax you the Basic Recipe before our initial session. You can also learn most of this by purchasing and viewing the EFT tapes. To do this, you simply go to http://www.emofree.com/a/?1818 and order the basic course. Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, will show you the basic process. He repeats the process many times in the tapes, giving you time to learn the recipe. This recipe will get you going. However, the art of EFT is not taught there and you will probably need to find a therapist that has the ability to get to the core of your issues.

Many issues can be handled by you. Sometimes though, you will feel the need for a therapist and this is where I can be of assistance. Most people hear themselves talking, but don't really listen to what they are saying. As a therapist, listening is what I offer . I listen and I can then make suggestions on a direction for tapping, Set-UP Statements, and Reminders. A quick call or email will let me hear the issues and I can respond and give direction.

. I charge $60.00 / hour for either service. The charge for these services may seem a bit steep to some of you. Please remember, we are probably not going to talk for an hour on the phone. We are going to address the issue at hand, create the recipe for the issue, and you will hang up and proceed with the Tapping. If the issue doesn't clear, we will have another call and create another basic recipe. Charges will be made based upon the minutes recorded by my cell phone. They will be billed to your credit card.

With the internet therapy, you will send me an email with your concerns. I will read your message and respond with the action and recipe that I feel might be appropriate. You are charged according to a minute by minute accounting and only for the actual time spent by me. Charges will be based upon the time that it takes to read and respond to your email. Again, they will be billed to your credit card.

In order to take advantage of these services, I must maintain a copy of your credit card information in my files. This information will not be shared with any party other than your credit card company, will never be sold, and will remain confidential.
